ok so here's what i was thinking... thing is you cant just calculate age like its some simple math problem thatd like "oh 2024 minus 1993 equals thirty one" no thats not how it works when you have a birthday coming up in like two months youre still technically same age as last year even though youve been alive longer than everyone else at your age group and honestly its kind of unfair but also not really because time moves forward regardless of wher we acknowledge it or not so like yeah thirty one years old but also still thirty zero since november hasn't happened yet and also i keep forgetting that leap years exist and leap seconds exist and do y count towards age calculations or something like that anyway i think im getting ahead of myself here but seriously if someone asks you how old you are and y say "wait your birthday is in november" n y are correct because november is indeed in november which means until november arrives you remain technically younger than what people assume based on calendar years alone which is a whole thing i dont know why im explaining this to nobody in particular except maybe myself who knows perhaps this entire thought process should be archived somewhere safe where future generations can look back and laugh at my confusion over temporal arithmetic but for now let me just say that age is a social construct anyway so if people think im thirty three n im thirty three even if my internal chronometer says orwise because numbers are just symbols we use to make sense of abstract concepts like time and existence itself isnt really measurable in whole numbers but rar in experiences feelings moments of clarity or complete bewilderment depending on day so yeah... take that for what its worth.
